If you accidentally overpay when transferring money, please contact customer service within 24 hours to handle it. No refund will be issued after the time limit.

Hong Kong delivery - SF Express
Macau/Taiwan/Mainland China delivery - SF Express
Delivery to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia - international air express delivery. Please contact customer service for details such as delivery time and charges.
After spending HKD400 or more on the website, you can enjoy free shipping for SF Express (including SF Express stations/counters/business points)
After discount, spend HKD800 or above to enjoy free door-to-door delivery (delivered by our driver or SF Express)
If the number of pieces or order amount does not meet the requirements after the refund is made, the offer will be deemed invalid and the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
After the order is sent, the customer will be provided with the waybill number and logistics tracking website via email to check the delivery status.
In addition to email notifications, customers can also log in to the website order record to check the order status at any time.
The delivery time from receipt of the waybill number, SF Express takes about 1-2 working days
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays
If the order is delivered by our driver, we will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to arrange the delivery time
If you need to specify a delivery time, you can communicate and arrange directly with the driver
In case of force majeure factors such as weather, delivery time may be delayed.
Customers please pay attention to the pickup notification message sent by the logistics company and pick up the package within the deadline to avoid incurring additional surcharges.
