By submitting an order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, including but not limited to website orders.

✦ Before You Order ✦

All products available on the website are open for ordering.

Before purchasing, we recommend registering as a member to save items to your favorites or add them directly to your shopping cart.

All orders cannot be canceled, and products cannot be exchanged for different colors, sizes, or quantities.

Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting (including but not limited to: recipient information / product color, size, or quantity).

Once payment is completed, we will not accept any requests for order cancellation or changes to styles, colors, sizes, or quantities for any reason.

✦ Shipping Times ✦

Except for items in the In-Stock section or those explicitly marked as "in-stock," all other products are pre-order items.

Orders consisting entirely of in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 1-3 business days.

Orders containing pre-order items will arrive in approximately 7-20 business days.

Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong and South Korea.

They also exclude Korean wholesale market holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.).

Actual arrival times may be affected by Korean supplier inventory, processing speed, logistics, and flight conditions.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items have arrived before shipping, unless requested otherwise by the customer.

If you need the in-stock items shipped separately, please contact our customer service after placing your order.

We do not accept urgent orders. Generally, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after arrival.

If you have an urgent order consisting only of in-stock items, please contact customer service before ordering to check if same-day shipping is possible.

If there are any delays in arrival or other unforeseen circumstances, we will announce them via our IG Story; please keep an eye on our IG updates.

✦ After You Order ✦

After submitting your order, you will receive an "Order Accepted" email confirming that we have received it.

Payment must be completed and proof of transfer must be uploaded to the order record within 24 hours.

As manual verification is required, please be patient while waiting for your order status to update after uploading your proof of payment.

If you do not receive an order update email after 24 hours, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Product images shown on the website are taken from the actual items, provided by Korean manufacturers, or sourced from the internet.

Color variations may occur due to different display devices, lighting, or environmental factors; this is considered normal.

Sizing information provided on the website is measured manually and may have a margin of error of 1-3cm.

Different production batches may also result in slight color or size discrepancies.

Requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges based on color variations or minor sizing discrepancies will not be accepted.

The above terms and conditions may be modified or amended from time to time without prior notice.
