All open products on the website are open to order

Before purchasing products, it is recommended to register as a member first. You can collect the products or directly add them to the shopping cart to save them.

All orders cannot be canceled, changed, or changed in product color, size, or quantity.

Please carefully check the order content before placing an order (including but not limited to: receiving information/product color, size or quantity)

After payment is completed, customers are not allowed to cancel the order or change the product style, color, size or quantity for any reason.

✦Product arrival time✦

Except for the ready-made products in our store and those marked as ready-made products, all other products are for pre-order.

The delivery time for all in-stock product orders is approximately 1-3 working days.

The delivery time for fully pre-ordered product orders is approximately 7-20 working days

Working days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong and Korean public holidays

and Korean wholesale market holidays (such as New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, etc.)

The actual arrival time will be affected by Korean store inventory, shipping speed, logistics and flight conditions.

The order contains both ready-made and pre-ordered products. Unless requested by the customer, we will wait for all the products to arrive before sending them out.

If you need to send in-stock products first, you can contact customer service after placing the order.

We do not accept urgent orders . Generally, orders will be dispatched 2-3 working days after arrival.

If you need an all-in-stock order urgently, please contact customer service before placing the order to see if it can be shipped on the same day.

If there is a delay in arrival or other emergencies, it will be announced on IG Story, so be sure to pay attention to IG updates

✦ Things to know after placing an order✦

After submitting the order, you will receive an "Order Accepted" email to confirm that we have received the order.

The order must be paid within 24 hours and the transfer proof must be uploaded to the order record.

Since manual verification is required, please wait patiently for the order to be updated after uploading the certificate.

If you do not receive any order update email within 24 hours, please contact customer service as soon as possible

✦Product pictures and sizes✦

The product pictures displayed on the website are all taken in kind and are provided by Korean manufacturers or taken from the Internet.

Color differences may occur in different display devices or may be affected by lighting, environment, etc. This is normal.

The size information provided on the website is measured by hand, and there may be an error of 1-3cm.

Different product batches may also have color or size errors.

Requests for refunds, returns or exchanges due to color differences and minor size errors will not be accepted.
